  Usually I don't have any issues when I order from Papa John's but today was the first time I had an issue. I ordered ONE large Hawaiian pizza at 5:15, and my email stated it could take up to an hour for delivery. I didn't get my pizza until approximately 6:40pm. I had called the store once at 6:25 and was told it would be there soon. When the guy did show up, he called my boss instead of checking first to see if I was waiting at the door (which I was). My pizza was still warm when I received it but I was very disappointed at the time it took to deliver.

  If I could rate it no stars I would. Pizza has always been delivered cold and consistently late. This time around, they didn't deliver at all. An hour and twenty minutes after I called, they said they tried to call me multiple times, but I had no missed calls. They claimed it wasn't their policy to leave a voicemail. In other words....they never called and never delivered. The guy refused to give me my dinner free of charge because he said they couldn't reach me due to an address issue...when I have ordered from them multiple times before, and my address was correct in their system. HORRIBLE customer service. Will never ever buy from them again. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
